Perry’s website says that he will make Texans safer, because he ordered an aggressive border security initiative. The initiative is putting more boots on the ground and more helicopters in the sky. Rick Perry is a huge supporter of better schools. He signed a law that teachers will receive a 2,000 dollar pay raise! Rick Perry is a huge leader and knows and does what is right, no matter what anyone says or thinks. He would not raise taxes when Texas was faced with a 10 billion dollar budget shortfall in 2003. He actually lowered state spending.

He reduces traffic delays and cuts energy consumption. As Bill White was mayor, he provided tons of stuff including, parks, libraries, and health clinics. He also cut the property tax rates five straight years. As Bill White was mayor, the crime rates dropped to the lowest levels in more than 25 years. Bill White received the “FBI Director’s Community Leadership Award!”
